Compability issues PCI 3.0 TO PCI 2.0

I have a Gigabyte ga-ex58ud4p motherboard and I want to buy a Gigabyte GeForce Gtx 1060 g1 gaming 3g or Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 1050 G1 Gaming 2G or Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti G1 Gaming 4G .
I would like to ask you if the graphic card have compatibility issues or performance issues with the motherboard(because this motherboard is an old model with PCIe 2.0 x16 and the graphic card is a new model with PCIe 3.0 x16)

No, theres no compability issue

1) make sure the powersupply can handle it (450w quality psu and 6pin adapter )
2) make sure the graphics card fits in the case msot cases say their max gpu length

My powersupply is 850w and my old card was gtx295 with 2-slot
Does my BIOS support it? I read that PCI Express 3.0 video cards usually demand UEFI BIOS,which this motherboard does not have
