Hello, I wanna know if MSI rx 480 4 gb GDDR5 compable with Asus H81M-K ? Or any GDDR5 graphic card?

Any PCIe video card will work with your Motherboard as long as:

1.- it has the available PCIe x16 port for it.
2.- the BIOS is up to date (some older motherboards require this).
3.- your power supply is actually capable of supplying the juice.

YES. Any motherboard chipset having a vacant PCI Express x16 slot will work with the GPU. Just make sure you update the BIOS, if need be. The last BIOS is pretty old on your motherboard, dated 2018/04/12.

List your full PC specs, including the make and model number of your PSU.
