Compac 621laptop suddenly shutdown automatecally

I have Compac 621laptop (Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU T6670@2.20GHz). It is shut-off suddenly. I have serviced this approximately 2 months ago..The temperature of CPU core1 (Value: appr. 40-70degC, Max. 94degC) and core2 (Value: appr. 40-70degC, Max. 94degC) is showing. Please give some suggestions.

It will shut down automatically if, for example, the battery gets too low. Plug in the AC adapter.
