Compaq contura aero 4 33c getting on the internet

I have a compaq contura areo 4/33c, with a windows 95 operating system. Is it worth me paying some one to have it updated, and can it be up dated??

If you're just talking modem and dialup, ya maybe. Other than that, probably not worth it.
