How do I browse the internet without having service?? Is their a way to use WiFi like my cell phone??

But the best way is going to be to go somewhere that offers free wifi, like a McDonald's. You can grab an adapter for your cell phone, but for the money and trouble you're better off just signing up for normal internet service.

If you have an unlimited data plan on your cell phone, and it has tethering available with the service, you can use the cell phone as a modem for internet. Just make sure you find out exactly what the service is from your cell company for that, any extra costs, limitation, data caps, speed caps, etc....

Good thing about using a cell phone for internet, you can hook it up anywhere.
