wanted to know the motherboard specs so I can upgrade cpu to 3 or 4 core...mainly the wattage max

Your board takes an s1 mobile cpu; starmicro has a quad core mobile s1 at 2.0 ghz for only $75. It should work fine if your heatsink can handle the extra cores. I can't predict if it will. Next time I would go with the Intel i5 mobile. You will notice the lower speed for all laptop cpus; battery life is a primary concern.
