Compaq Presario CQ62 (model: CQ62 310AU) Ram Upgrade?

Hello i have a old laptop given to me its a Compaq Presario CQ62 (model: CQ62 310AU) and i am in the process of updating it. i am having trouble finding the right ram so that i can upgrade it from 2gb - 6gb. it currently has one 2gb stick of memory in it and was wondering if someone could help me find a suitable 4gb ram stick.

i found this on ebay.com just wondering if someone can confirm that this stick will fit in this laptop

it looks like the ram thats inside this laptop but yeah just wanted to make sure before i buy something overseas.

And have the site test your system to see what ram will work.

that is the ram my laptop takes according to the model and all that so my question is this the same ram as i previously linked? the other one i linked is cheaper and the same brand as the 1 stick of memory i currently have.

yeah i got that page. i am just wondering to see if the ram that you linked is it the same as this ram?

Yes it should a lot of makers will make ram for your laptop if your in doubt maybe a pc shop is where you should go for the upgrade.
