Comparability with a motherboard

If i have this motherboard ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
and buy radeon video card 7950 will work as good as nvidia one( gtx 660 ti) ????

I agree with rgd1101. Though I am an AMD fan. Totally depends on the applications you will be running on it and what games you play. With this set-up it will still be Kick-ASS!
