I have a msi model #7623 motherboard with a northbridge AMD 785g -southbridge AMD sb710 chipset. processor amd athlon II in am3 package. power supply unit is 350 watt plus 80. Is it worth staying with same motherboard or should i upgrade. Would like to stay with msi for its reliability , but open minded to other boards. I really don't want spend more than 200$ , also will probably need new graphics card.

Solution
Please list complete system specs, CPU, RAM, GPU etc.

Is this for gaming?

What are you trying to get for $200?

I'd recommend you wait to save up enough to get Motherboard, CPU, RAM and PSU together. You will definitely need a new PSU, and you probably can't use current parts with your old parts for CPU, RAM and MoBo.
