Probably $2000. Also get a 7950 or 7870 instead. The 660 Ti is terrible price/performance wise.

The build is for a new desktop computer, primarily to be used for music production, video editing, and a bit of gaming.

Well, then the i7 is justified. I would have recommended the i5, but the i7 is better for video editing.
