which computers the best Dell Dimension 8200 or the Dell Optiplex GX270, whith upgraded memory to 1.8GB

For general use, I'd prefer the Dimension 8200.

the dell im using at the minute is the dell dimension shell but its got the optiplex motherboard in it ive added some memory to about 1.2 to 1.8 gb also theres two 40GB harddrives one as a master and the other as a slave im using the optiplex mother board because out the 2 of them the optiplex is the one with the ethernet port on the back and the other is for dial up connection which to be honest im not too keen on my optiplex has also got windows xp proffesional on it, these are only like a next step untill i can upgrade to vista or windows 7. thanks for your reply aford 10 any more help is appreciated<>?
