1) $269 WD_BLACK 4TB SN7100 NVMe Internal Gaming SSD Solid State Drive - Gen4 PCIe, M.2 2280, Up to 7,000 MB/s
2) $479 WD_BLACK 4TB SN8100 NVMe SSD Internal Solid-State Drive - Gen 5 PCIe 5.0x4, M.2 2280, Up to 14,900 MB/s
Between those two, I am wondering which one you would get. I was thinking about getting the first one, but I'm wondering if I'll regret it. The second one is clearly a lot faster, but I've never used one of these before and I know that sometimes in every day/normal use the differences in some things aren't really that noticeable. Like when I upgrade RAM from 6000 to 7200, it was a lot faster but barely noticeable during normal use.
I noticed on the second one the write speed appears to be almost the same as the read 14,000, and on the first one the write speed is only 6900.
