Compare this Dual CPU setup with new i7

16GB RAM
64Bit Win 8.1

How would you say these computers compare for 3D modeling/rendering and graphic design software?

I know there are a lot of unknowns, but say, everything else being equal.

I think the 4790k is going to better most of time. Would probably have to be using all 16 threads of both Xeons for it to keep up with or surpass the i7.

The Core i7 would be a lot better than those old Xeons.
