Looking to upgrade RAM in my laptop Dell Inspiron 7567 (7000 Gaming Series) -- which I believe should be compatible with DDR4-2400 RAM.

I just purchased a 16 GB Ballistix Sport LT from a local computer store: https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/bls16g4s240fsd however, when I went go to the previous link, Crucial indicates that this RAM is not supported for my system, and I should instead purchase https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/inspiron-15-(7567)/CT9903697 , the model I purchased (Ballistix) looks to both have a (marginally) lower latency and is very marginally cheaper, plus I already purchased it (although I could return it); aside from these small differences though, the two RAM modules look identical to me -- 260 pins, 2400 MT/s, SODIMM, etc., but I also am not an expert on RAM? Is anyone aware of a reason why the Crucial recommended model would perform better with my system, or conversely why the Ballistix model wouldn't work? Is there something beyond the specs I listed that I should be looking out for with RAM?
