Comparing i7-4770 & i5-4670

Solution
This all depends on what you intend to do. For gaming, there is really no difference. The i7 shines in very CPU intensive tasks that can utilize the hyperthreading, such as video editing, or CAD. If you only occasionally do that, or not at all, then it is a waste of the additional $80.

Solution
CPU boss comparisons are pretty useless... All they do is give you some synthetic benchmark and then slap a score to it.

For gaming you will see a tiny difference. Not really worth it and the money is better spent on a superior gpu. Now have the a great gpu ($300+) and you have extra money then go ahead and get the 4770k

+1 to this.

For gaming only, the additional £/$80 isn't worth it for the i7. If you intend to use it for other CPU intensive tasks, spend the little extra and get the i7 for it's hyper-threading capabilities.
