I have a Netgear r9000 that I need to replace. What is comfortable to it or better for around $300.
I was getting like 450 to 500 megabits per second on Wi-Fi. I would like try band and six gigahertz. if you also know of a different manufacturer that has Plex built into their router please let me know.
Your help would be appreciated in the matter.

Understand that I'm not looking for a discussion on routers I'm looking for a suggestion for a replacement router.

And yes manufacturers have released Wi-Fi 6 routers. I'm looking some for something comparable to what I have.
I had to send the router into SquareTrade to get it warranty replaced or refunded.
I would like to replace it with something besides Netgear that's comparable to what I had. Your help would be appreciated.
WIFI6 -- yes. WIFI6e -- no. You have to have WIFI6e to get the 6Ghz support. That is what @bill001g said. He also said the other things you want, like Plex are not very good on a router. Routers don't have enough CPU.
450Mbit performance on WIFI is pretty good.
I use Ubiquiti -- you...
Has any manufacture actually released a router that uses the new 6ghz band. This has been called wifi6e. It was approved only a month or so ago and was somewhat unexpected that the fcc move that quickly. So I don't know how many manufacture were ready to go.

Key to performance is going to be if your end devices support the fancy features. Some router do stuff like run QAM 1024 and 4x4 mimo. It is very rare for end devices to have 4 antenna and 1024 is non standard on 802.11ac so few devices support it. QAM1024 is part of the new 802.11ax and it has issues running this encoding if you are not in the same room.

Most end devices can only support 2x2 mimo because they only have 2 antenna so this will limit your top speed.
So be careful to not get sucked in by big numbers you can't actually use.

For tri band routers to get a advantage to this you must manually balance your equipment between the radios. The automated stuff works very poorly.

Any form of disk storage on a router is something they added to get another check box in the feature list. Routers are not computers so they do a poor job I would look for dedicated boxes if you want performance.

This is the key problem you have to be a educated consumer to make a decision and that means understanding the messy numbers games the router manufactures play. The router may have all kinds of features but if your end devices can not use them you paying extra for something you will never use.

Looking back at your post did you mean 60ghz. The 6ghz is wifi-6e not wifi-6. I have not seen any 6"e" devices on the market.

The 60ghz function is very very rare on routers. Netgear and I think tplink are the only manufactures that make routers with this function. You want to look for 802.11ad if you really want it.
