Hello!

As the title says, I need help with what is the main difference between them, is there a graphics boost difference or does one perform better or something?
Because if we look at the prices Mini is also cheap than the normal 1060. I need someone help me with this.

Thank you!

Mini versions (those single-fan models) are ideal for ITX-sized cases for spatial fitting. The normal versions (those dual or triple fan models) are ideal for mATX or ATX sized cases. Performance difference would be more related to noise and temps than actual graphics power. The single fan tends to be more noisy and would need much fan speed/power to cool the GPU compared to dual/triple fan models which can work with slower speeds for the same airflow/static pressure to dissipate the heat.

To add to what raisonjohn posted, you often find that the factory OC on the mini version is lower because the cooler is smaller. I have the Zotac mini and the base and boost clocks are both set lower than the AMP! version of the card. It won't make much real world difference to performance however.
