Most people wouldn't consider 56K modems to be "network" cards any more. Other than use for fax, you seldom see an analog modem in a PC.

Can you be more specific in what type differences you are looking for? They are both PCI 56K fax modem cards. The layout of the cards looks similar. Are you asking if they are interchangeable ?
