Compat Flash cards for Canon 7D

Hey everyone,
Can someone suggest to me a site or a link that might talk about what I should be looking for to shoot video on a 7D at 1080p in the highest possible quality?

Any brand of card with fast write speed should be good for shooting video. Between 400X and 600X should be ok.

Look at www.bandh.com. Find the card fits with your budget and read the reviews from there, it should be pretty informative to make an informed decision.
