I checked compatibility on a sight called pcpartpicker, great site and yeah your good they are compatible.

Your case offers 160mm for the cpu cooler. The cpu cooler is roughly 160mm. It basically barely fits.

If it doesnt quite fit just cut a nice hole in that plexiglass and claim its custom casemodding.

Nah should be fine. Not that i recall ever paying for a miditower.
