Hi I have a ASUS P8B75-LMX Motherboard with an NVIDIA 630 Graphics Card.
I was wondering if this board is capable of handling a AMD Radeon RX 590 Graphics Card

Yes it can... Your Motherboard supports PCI-e 3.0, I would only worry about what you CPU is and if it will bottleneck.

Yes it can... Your Motherboard supports PCI-e 3.0, I would only worry about what you CPU is and if it will bottleneck.

You do not need to upgrade your CPU or RAM. More RAM would be nice but if it is not in the budget right now then I would just leave it be. I personally only have 8GB and I'm just fine. I'm not a hardcore gamer but I do push my system from time to time and my RAM never goes above 50% usage.

What is the make/model of your psu?
A RX590 is a relatively high powered card and will need much more power than your HD630.
700w is plenty if the quality is decent.
Some cheap 700w units are crap and will not safely deliver 700w.

If you are only gaming, then 8gb should be sufficient.
But, if you are heavily multitasking, then you might need more.
If your 8gb is a single stick, you could try to buy another matching stick to get 16gb.
But... such an upgrade is not guaranteed to work.
Ram is sold in kits for a reason.
A motherboard must manage all the ram using the same specs of voltage, cas and speed.
The internal workings are designed for the capacity of the kit.
Ram from the same vendor and part number can be made up of differing manufacturing components over time.
Some motherboards, can be very sensitive to this.
If you do buy more disparate sticks, they should be the same speed, voltage and cas numbers.
Even then your chances of working are less than 100%
I might guess 90% success.
What is your plan "B" if the new stick/s do not work?
Consider buying a 2 x 8gb kit replacement.
Sell the old 8gb or keep it as a spare.

MY PSU is Silverstone 700W I plan to do gaming and multitasking as I am a uni student web word etc... so I am thinking of upgrading the RAM to 16Gb Kingston Technology ValueRAM 8GB DDR3L 1600MHz Module memory module X2 of these and the power supply to a 750 - 800W is this sufficient?

When you buy ram, make it a two stick KIT not two separate sticks, even with identical part numbers.
You will pay a bit more because of the extra effort to match a kit.
But, you will know they will be compatible together.
