New build. Can I have some advice on if this PC build is all compatible and if I will have any issues and if you would recommend any changes to it as well.

It's all compatible, the 3600xt is absolutely NOT worth $80 more than 3600 or $30 more than a 3600x though.

If you're using an aftermarket cooler the smart money is on the 3600 non x.

I would suggest the 3700x instead of the over priced 3600xt.

Instead of spending so much on the processor spend some more on the graphics card, to get something like this
