will this set up work:
*screen: Acer AL1923
*graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 (GP108-300) [NVIDIA]
*hdd: WDC WD10EZEX-22MFCA0

PC build from scratch
I have to say 2 things:
1.this is a budget build (and nope I want my pc to look in a metal block no rainbow glow bar or fans with LED)
2.this is my first ever assembled PC
this is what I need to know since it's my first PC build:
1.what happens if I mess something up
2.what if parts aren't compatible with each other (even if the experts agreed)
3.will my build have a warranty? (and how it can be voided)
4.1what if parts don't work? (ex: CPU or ram have a problem and PC won't boot)
4.2will I be able to return the parts and get working ones?

Yes but you could far much better on the cpu part and mobo, if you get this mobo in slightly used conditioned you will save more money and have a better quality mobo.

The core i5 9400F does much better than core i5 8400

That Be-Quiet heatsink fan is too big, the zalman I picked here will do just as good if not better.

https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-MX-4-...=1&keywords=arctic+mx-4&qid=1611242747&sr=8-3

So with that, you should be able to save up 79.99 - 129.99, and thats not before state taxes and shipping hits you.
