This is the system : https://it.pcpartpicker.com/list/t7j2nn

I wanted to know if that mobo is compatible and works fine with everything and has an EASY BIOS to work with and doesn't require any updates.
Second I wanted to know if the PSU is modular or non modular and if its compatible with the EVGA 1070 FTW edition.
Thirdly if I need additional case fans as the NZXT S340 comes in with one rear fan exhaust and top fan exhaust and I was thinking of moving the top one infront to make it intake.

Thanks for the time to answer these :)

Solution
The newer cxm series - 450/550/650 are very good quality & a totally different model to the old 430/500/600 ones.

Newer models are based roughly on the rm series & are a dc-dc design .So yes fine for those components , even the 450 model would manage at stock clocks / minimal overclocking easily.

The asrock k4 & fatality boards are very very good mate , would always be my personal budget Intel choices.

1. Mobo is compatible.
2. That is more than enough power supply. It's a quality PSU, but non-modular.
3. You could get the Corsairs AF120 for a reasonable price to set up a push-pull system.

1.Is the BIOS easy to use ? Do I need to update BIOS since of the processor and mobo ? Is it long lasting ?
2. Non modular means that I will have to sort out all cables I need?
3.Push pull system means .. 2 intake 2 exhaust or?

1)MOBO is Compatible with the CPU
2)The PSU is clearly NON-MODULAR and yes you will have to sort them out.
3)Get new fans if your gonna OVERCLOCK or place a heavy load on CPU.
4)There is a Bios update. But i think you dont need to upgrade the Bios for the CPU.
5)There should be an EZ mode in the UEFI.

Nothing wrong with your initial build at all.

I've tinkered solely to get you a ssd boot drive in there at the same budget.

What I would do for certain is take the 2x8gb sticks over a 4x4gb kit

As well as less stress on the memory controller bit leaves the opportunity for further ram upgrades.
There is no benefit to 4 sticks on a skylake setup , if anything 2 sticks will perform ever so slightly better.

The gammaxx 400 is also a tad better than the evo & at €10 less a better buy.

That's an interesting build, do you recommend that PSU for a bit of overclock ? Usually ive seen that CX series are in a bad tier list

Is it a good mobo even though its cheap?

Is it ok if i take the evga 1070 ftw vs the windforce ? is there any diff ? the evga is epxnesieve for 4 more euro

For €4 entirely up to you , I would point you to the problems with the evga cards regarding vrm overheating on release though mate.
Ive had 2 friends who had nothing but trouble with ftw 1080's.I would like to think any FTE card now has the extra vrm thermal pads fitted but you never know.
