compatibility between a micro atx motherboard an a asus rog strix gtx 1060

Hey guys i'im buying this huge asus rog strix gtx 1060 video card and i'm willing to know if it will fit in a micro atx motherboard like the GIGABYTE GA-H110M-A (rev. 1.0) LGA 1151.
Also, my case is a Nzxt s340 windowed version.
I know it will fit in my case, however i'm afraid my motherboard's pci slot and the videocard won't fit with the expansion slots on my case.

Alright thanks alot and i'd have a last question concerning my cpu (amd fx8320 8 core) and my graphic card.
Will it bottleneck, should i go for a little expensive i5 6500? I'm afraid my cpu will bottleneck my graphic card or vice versa.

Short answer is yes it will bottleneck. If you have the money to spend on a new Skylake i5 then I would do so. But first try it out and see how it performs in the games you play, if you can overclock the FX-8320 do so. I'm seeing Battlefield 1 gameplay videos with the FX 8320 + GTX 1060 where it drops below 60fps, which doesn't happen with an i5.

Yeah i saw the videos too, so if i overclock my cpu, does that mean i'ill have to invest on an aftermarket cpu cooler? If yes, then it's just better for me to get the i5 right?

Well yes it is recommended. Aftermarket coolers such as the Cooler Master Hyper 212 only cost around $30. With a $300 graphics card you might want to get the i5 to get the most out of it. I upgraded from an i3 to an i5 when I bought the GTX 1060 because it was bottlenecking and I'm glad I did. I think it was a good investment.
