Question compatibility between components

I would like to assemble a desktop, I would like some advice about the components chosen by me: i3 8100 CPU, ASUS B360M-A motherboard, Sapphire RX580 8GB GPU, 16GB RAM corsair DDR4. are they okay in synergy?

Theres no reason why not. But the CPU is very weak. Can you tell how much are you willing to spend?
