Hello people, i decided to bought 16 gb of ram because with 8 i have problems with some games and apps, and considering that i will upgrade my old build next year, i bought this cheap modules KVR16N11S8/4 for my old motherboard P7P55D LE and i checked in two sites and these report that these modules are compatible, here https://pcpartpicker.com/products/memory/?compatible_with=asus-motherboard-p7p55delx#m=23 select kingston to find this module listed and here http://www.pc-specs.com/ram/Kingsto..._RAM_DDR3_1600MHz/157/Compatible_Motherboards if you select my motherboard from the list, this module it's showed as compatible. But i found this post in this thread https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/upgrading-memory-on-asus-p7p55d-e-pro.1780938/ from Lihamatti (last post) and now i fear that the ram is not compatible with my motherboard, someone can help me to find more information about ram compatibility or have experience with my motherboard and these ram modules ? My package should ship in the next days from a shop located in Italy and if i need to stop this, i have still time! Please someone help me! :(

Edit

I just checked Kingston site and it doesn't show my motherobard compatible with this module! o_O

It's the definitive evidence, right ?

The memory you are buying is wrong because it is 1Rank X8 where Kingston says your computer takes 2Rank X8. The KVR1333D3N9K2/8G 8GB kit (2 -4GB modules) is what they recommend. Even though it is discontinued you may be able to find it on eBay or online used. Don't know what country you are in but they have plenty on the US eBay https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=KVR1333D3N9K2/8G&ssPageName=GSTL&_sop=15
It has to be like my boards require , low density, chips on both sides.

i live in Italy, i prefer to buy new products! However i'm looking for 1600 mhz memory!

Most 1333 memory will run at 1600. Kingston never made 1600 mhz for your board. I am running Crucial Ballistix Sport BLS2KIT4G3D1609DS1S00, It is double sided low density Rank2 X8 1600MHz. It is discontinued also but I bought 4-4GB sticks used on eBay for $60 and no problems. Even bought some more for my brothers old desktop and it worked great in his also. I had confirmed it would because I bought some from crucial before they discontinued it.

https://www.adata.com/en/orderinfo/226 the ic configuration is the density of the chip ?

Becuase the site where i was ready to buy the kingston model it has various adata sticks and adata result https://www.adata.com/lk/support/dms/#result give this ADDU1600C4G11 as compatible with my motherboard. Now on this site they have this
Ram DIMM DDR3 4GB Adata PC 1600 CL11 Value 1,35V retail [ADDU1600W4G11-R] and this
Ram DIMM DDR3 4GB Adata 1600-11 Premier Nero [AD3U1600W4G11-RBK]

they are both compatible, right ?

No, they only list ADDU1600C4G11 as being compatible with your board, Low density is usually spec as Rank2X8 with chips on both sides of the module. A lot of companies will not give you all the specs, They want you to ask them about compatibility.Kingston is usually the best about publishing specs.
