COMPATIBILITY BETWEEN RAM AND CPU COOLER help please

Hey,

I was thinking on building this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WB6KnH.
I just wanted to ask you if there is going to have any problems between the ram (Corsair - Vengeance LED 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory) and the cpu cooler (be quiet! - Dark Rock Pro 4 50.5 CFM CPU Cooler).

Why do you believe that there may be some compatibilty issue between the RAM and the CPU cooler?
