Hey, I just put together a parts list for a gaming PC with the help of a user CRO5513Y, I just wanted to do a final compatibility check and if theres any advice changing some parts. Price is a big issue and I can't go any higher than the current price unless there is a very good reason.

The memory you have listed is for laptops (SO-DIMMS). You need standard desktop memory (DIMMS).
If price is such a concern, why are you spending nearly $90 on a keyboard and mouse?

Oh i didnt realise about the RAM, this pc is for a friend actually and he wants a cool looking keyboard and mouse.

He can buy that later. It's a lot easier to upgrade the keyboard/mouse than it is to upgrade the processor/RAM. Performance now. Bling later.
