All compatible, however the PSU is massive overkill for that setup. A good quality 300 Watt power supply would be more than enough fort hat specification. If you are going to add in a discrete graphics card at a later date then maybe look around the 500 Watt mark. 750 Watts is only necessary if you are going to SLI/crossfire a couple of high end graphics cards.

Never seen the point in a fully modular supply, a semi modular works just as well - you aren't ever going to need to detach the 2 cables that feed the CPU and motherboard:
