Solution

He went with the MSI Z370 A Pro as the best as it overclocked to 5.1GHZ and the Memory overclocking was great too and the price was great...
Everything you have on the list will work very well together...A couple of suggestions though...If you can get the Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X at around Euro 130, all the better and it has a great VRM setup which will allow for a future upgrade to the 9700K or 9900K if they ever drop in price....but at least you have the option for the future and it is a very good motherboard.

If the 9600K is only a few Euro's difference, then get the 9600K....otherwise the 8600K is more than fine...

Overall that is a good build...

Oh I should have mentioned, if you can find a non blower style RTX 2080 at Euro 690 all the better as the RTX 2080 performs the same or slightly better than the 1080ti but the RTX side with Ray Tracing and DLSS will come into it's own later....

Unfortunately, the 2080 is way out of my budget and the 9600k is 40 euro more which is also out of my budget. The one thing i can do is go from the Gigabyte Z370P D3 to the MSI Z370-A Pro or even the Asrock Z370 Pro4. Is any of these worth the extra 10 dollar premium? Also I won't be needing to upgrade the CPU any time soon, so i don't think that would be a problem. Thanks a lot for your help!
