What PSU? What CPU?
Powercolor makes 3 or 4 different 5700 xt models with different lengths so it may or may not fit the case depending on which model.

the max CPU fan height is 158mm, which is the size of the Noctua
the max GPU length is 386 mm, the gpu is 300mm long
the board and ram are all standard size

you're good to go.

Wouldn't you have to remove the drive cage to get that much GPU clearance?

Probably not. 386mm is 15.4 inches, the card is only 11 inches.
