Compatibility DDR4 Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB (4x8) 3200 with X99 Asus Deluxe II

Can someone please tell me if these components are actually compatible. DDR4 Corsair Dominator Platinum 32GB (4x8) 3200 with X99 Asus Deluxe II motherboard?
I have updated the BIOS to 1401 which claims compatibility is more stable with DDR4 RAM. I have used the 'MemOK' function to know success. CMOS function used to no success. Used just a single RAM stick in all the slots to no success either.
I'm going to look at sending PC to a local engineer to take a look at it but wanted a bit of insight on here as I have had some great advice in the past. Thank You in advance guys and girls.

So it does post? Does it do nothing past the post or what?

Sometimes it does not even show any video and sometimes does nothing but look like it's frozen on the BIOS screen then a q-code shows up which seems to change. It's either b1, b2, b4, bf, 97 and so on!
