Compatibility doubt regarding processor and motherboard. Help!

I have a Pentium D 925 3.0 Ghz Processor. I am considering to buy the Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H Motherboard.
The question is that, will that motherboard run my old processor?
Secondly, If yes, can I put an 8GB DDR3 @1600 Mhz RAM to it? Thanks in advance.

Search for a "LGA 775 DDR3 motherboard". You may have to buy one used, as these are fairly old boards and most retailers don't carry them any longer. Just go to the manufacturer page for whatever you find and make certain your CPU is on the list for the model you find.
