Compatibility for GPU

I need to know if ASUS Strix GTX 960 DC20C or GIGABYTE GTX 960 G1 is compatible with..
Processor: i3 2120 3.3ghz
Motherboard: DH61HO AAG62445-102

I'm also not sure which PSU to get.

i'm not sure... but it know it's a cheap crappy PSU. so i was thinking i'll go for the Corsair VS550 550 watt PSU

The vs550 is a tier 3 psu so there is better options with higher quality, but it will work.
