Sorry, can't display that picture but all AM4 (Ryzen) sockets have same mounting but that cooler is way to small for 1700x, would never cool it enough.

^ The x variants on the 1st gen didn't come with one.

It will fit, but will not be large enough to cool properly. Don't do it.

Look at something like a DeepCool or Evo, they are inexpensive and work well enough to cool it even with a bit of headroom.
