yup, it will work.
if you do get a black screen with text saying there is no operating system found.
then go into bios and change the boot priority so your primary drive is in the 2nd slot (underneath cd/dvd drive) then your other harddrive can go into the 3rd slot

ohh, i see. you will need another ide ribbon cable (looks like the one thats attached to your cd drive and harddrive), another ide header on your motherboard and at least 1 more 4 pin molex power; if you wanted more drives (ie: harddrive and optical drive).
