Compatibility issue?
Hello, recently i purchased some parts and am having trouble getting bios to post.
Below is a list of MB, processor and memory.
When installed, lights turn on and fans start working but not able to get to bios.
My thoughts are that the memory is incompatible.
Help is appreciated. Thank you anyone for the time and help.

Parts are:
MSI B350 Tomahawk AM4 socket
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 2600
Memory Corsair DDR4 Vengeance LPX 2x8GB 3000MHz CMK16GX4M2B3000C15

Hello, thank you for replying.
So far just tried to connect MB, CPU, memory and HD. No video card.
I didnt think that the MB might need adjusting to support the processor.
These are all new parts. Tried to build a whole new system pretty much.
Not sure how i would update the MB without another CPU.

Hi, You have to install a graphics card. The CPU has no integrated graphics, so the graphics ports on the motherboard do not work.
I suggest installing a graphics card, connecting the monitor to it and, if still no signal, then a BIOS update might also be needed.

Thank you very much!
I assumed it had on board graphics.
Tonight I will try with GPU and will report progress.

Unfortunately, no luck.
I installed the video card to the MB and turned the machine on.
Lights and fans turn on but no action to the monitor and i can not turn off the machine after starting.
Having to manually turn off power supply.

Best buy was unwilling to resolve the issue without trying to charge me more money so i returned the parts.
I purchased the parts as a bundle expecting them to work together and well... now best buy has to sit on those parts.
Thank you for your help even though things went unresolved due to best buy customer support.
