I'm building a new gaming system and have all the parts pretty much picked out, I'm just wondering if there will be any compatibility issues with any of them:

Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core

Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150

Ram - 16 GB 2400MHz 1.65 volts

SSD - Sandisk Ultra Plus 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM

Video Card - Palit GeForce GTX 970 4GB JetStream

NZXT Source 530 ATX Full Tower

PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX
