Compatibility issue with PCI express (3.0)

I was wondering if MSI 970A-G43 Socket AM3+ AMD 970 ATX 4xDDR3 Motherboard, is compatible with the GTX 760 graphics card .

I am planning on the following configuration :
Nvidia GTX 760 (PCI express 3.0)
AMD FX -6300
MSI 970A-G43 Socket AM3+ AMD 970 ATX 4xDDR3

I have not been able to accurately determine if the motherboard is PCI express (3.0) ready for the graphics card.
Help please ?

Even if it's pcie 2.0, it will work just fine. It will make no difference so yes it will work.

It has a single PCIe 2.0 x 16 slot which is fine for any current video card.

The PCI-E lane on that board is Gen 2 (2.0). The card will work but at a small reduction in performance.
