Is it compatible? Yes.

DDR3L is a lower voltage(1.35v) module that can also run at the DDR3 standard of 1.5v.

No one can give you a solid answer as to whether the 2 sticks will get along. Mixing ram is always a gamble, and the symptoms of incompatibility don't always appear right away.
Symptoms include:
-freezing/crashing
-stuttering
-BSODs

It is compatible with your motherboard Gigabyte GA-H61M-S, however those two modules have no guarantee to be compatible together.

Memory is guaranteed in the form sold. Other combinations you decide to make have no guarantee to be compatible together.
