Compatibility motherboard Memphis-S with Graphic card GTX 1060?

Hello everyone, I'm looking for confirmations about the compatibility of my motherboard and the graphic card that I would like to buy and build on my Desktop pc. I know that it will fit in the pci express 3.0 x16 but I am not sure if it will fit in a uATX or micro ATX motherboard.

Please could someone help me??
