Compatibility of all PC components

Hello, Im just interested if all of my components match, if they are all compatibile. In example, no bottlenecking, matching moab with cpu and gpu... Here is the list of components (I already have PSU 500W):

SSD Kingstone UV400 120GB
HDD WD Caviar Blue 1TB
GPU Gigabyte GTX 1060 3GB
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 1600
RAM Crucial DDR4 8GB 2400MHz single ranked
MOAB Asrock A320M-HDV

PS: If anyone knows, I have PC case Thermaltake Commander GS-II with Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P motherboard (ATX size). Im just wondering will this new moab fit properly in replacement of the old one?
