Compatibility of computer parts with a MSI 970 Gaming 4G

Soo this is what I have,
CPU: i7-3770 @3.4Ghz
Ram: 8GB (2x4) @1333Mhz
Mobo: Asus P8H61-M
GPU: EVGA GTX 660SC
PSU: EVGA 600w
OS: Win7 Home
and I was gifted a MSI 970 Gaming 4G by my brother that, was way too impatient to wait for a Rma'd 970 so went and bout another one, but question is, will the 970 be compatible with this set up ? im thinking I might have to get maybe a 700w or 650w to be safe on psu side, anything else??

Sweet now one more question, need a new case to be able to install the 970, NZXT H440 mid tower is what im thinking, but idk about the insane amount of extra space I will have, will I be alright or should I go smaller?

You will be fine. I'd stay with the h440 unless you have to have a smaller case, like the 200r.
