Compatibility of cpu

Hey! I have a question ;d (duh) Is my motherboard compatible with Intel core 2 duo e4500 2.2ghz 800mhz 65nm cpu and if i can go higher ?? Thank you in advance.
My specs:
Motherboard ECS 945GCT-M2 800mhz 65nm
CPU intel pentium D940 3.2ghz
3gb ram
psu 400w
Geforce 9500gt

not sure what revision of the board you have, but click on the CPU tab. Shows the CPU that it supports.

Ehm i dont want to bother you anymore but im anxious. It said on the http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=810&CategoryID=1&MenuID=16&LanID=9 that i can use 1066mhz fsb CPU's on my 800mhz board so...if i would get a 1066mhz fsb CPU it would work on my board?

the CPU should still work since it only requires a FSB 800MHz
