Well, answer is it will work but with bottle necks and wouldnt perform good because your mobo has PCIE GEN 1 and this card need Gen 2.0 or 3.0 to give maximum performance .My advise is change your mobo that has a gen 2.0 pci express x16 slot and then go ahead for GTX 750Ti this one gpu is a beast capable of giving decent performance.

You are only looking at one of several things here, you also need to ask if the power supply with run the card and if it will fit in the case? Need full system specs first.
