Question compatibility of i5 13400 on H610m s2h

hi guys , i bought a system 6 month ago with this specification for my brother to learn 3d software

MB gigabyte h610m s2h
intel i3 12100f
deepcool air gamax 200 v2
1 Ram 16 gb gskill ripjaw
power green 700 what
VGA asus tuf rtx 3060 12gb v2

he decided not to continue. so i take his system to use it myself but i want to upgrade the cpu as these days i need to do rendering.
so i want to buy a new cpu and cooling
core i5 13400
deepcool AK400

do you think it's a good idea? the mainboard can handle this CPU ?

It will work if you update the bios beforehand but that board has some pretty weak VRM's as in don't be surprised if you experience thermal throttling.
