Compatibility of i5 2320

I had dh61ww motherboard for 7 years. Now it shows many problems. So I want to change this motherboard. I found Asus h61m-k is a good motherboard. Some people saying that as it can not carry TDP more than 77watts so i5-2320 will not run as it has TDP 95watts.

What should I do?? Is there any good lga 1155 h61 motherboard compatible with i5-2320 in 2018??

I want to insert a gtx 1050ti as well..

Where does it say it can only do 77w?

Looks like you can run any 2nd or 3rd gen i3/i5/i7 if you have the bios updated.

But check supported CPUs on the official website of Asus there is no mention of i5-2320 but many other i5s are there none of them has TDP above 77watts.
