Compatibility of my motherboard

I'm using a Gigabyte G41mt-S2 motherboard and I am planning to buy a new pc. Can i still use this motherboard for Athlon x4 860k? or a intel pentium g3258? which is better or compatible? and can all these components good with a gtx 750 ti?

That motherboard is Intel socket 775; you need a new compatible motherboard for the selected CPU.
