Compatibility of my PC built

A few questions. Are all of selected components compatible? Is power unit strong enough for this configuration (no intention of overlocking)? Does motherboard support all features (CPU, GPU RAM 1866MhZ)?
I've already checked myself, but still I would appreciate second opinion. Thanks.

All parts are compatible, but why did you go with a Z97 mobo if you have a non-"K" CPU? If you will not overclock, you can go for a cheaper mobo.
Also, if the build will also be used for gaming, do you have the budget for a stronger GPU?
And an SSD will be nice to have in this build.
